Sometimes we have a vision in mind but we lack direction and purpose. It can be hard to figure out what we want to do in life and this is where the coach steps in. with a little help from our coach, we can start doing what we are meant to do.
Coaching is great in providing clarity. If you have a goal or a dream and you don’t know what’s blocking your progress, a coach can be of tremendous help. By niching down your point of limitation, for example by changing your routine habits or patterns, a coach can effectively assist you in overcoming your mindset blocks and building a better and more productive routine.
On various occasions, we encounter feelings of sadness and it can be due to different reasons like not having the right job, right partner, and support in a relationship or craving deeper connection or understanding. This leads to stress and serves counterproductive. A good coach can help us overcome our sadness by asking the right questions and directing us to find solutions to our problems.
Another common and very significant indicator is lack of self-awareness. Through proper coaching, you can realign your focus, develop a deeper connection with yourself, and achieve what you seek in life.

Some of the common signs of the right time to look for a coach include:
Here’s a tip. Try to look for someone you truly admire in your niche, someone who inspires you, who has accomplished what you’re trying to achieve.
Let me share with you what worked for me.
Watch free webinars and shortlist three to four people. Once you’ve shortlisted these coaches, view all the media they offer and then do your gut check. Yes, follow your heart. You’ll be amazed to see that the right person will pop out in your mind.
One thing to consider during your search is to see that they offer the support you seek. Going through a blog may be a good fit for you. Like the free stuff I offer helps my clients to know me in person and see if they align with my style of teaching and know what I bring to the table. So when you come across someone who offers what you want to add to your life, get to know them and figure out why they do what they do.
Before pulling the trigger, you must be super clear.
There’s nothing more powerful than deliberating and analyzing whether you should hire a coach in the first place and you can always get on a free discovery call with me for it. And if you think you don’t need a coach, you might as well be right though, from my experience, secondary experience helps us get out of our way. Now here’s the difference between a therapist and a coach.
A therapist will try and heal you while focusing on your past whereas a coach will focus on your future and create new strategies to create what you want in life.
